Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1- 3 business days once an order is placed. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. 

Return Policy

denise rae will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal.

denise rae will only accept returns of items purchased on deniserae.com We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased elsewhere.
Items purchased on "final sale" are not eligible for a return. Any final sale items that are returned without prior authorization will be returned to you.

All shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is free for exchanges only. 

Damaged or Defective Items
We guarantee our garments to be free of manufacturing defects and do our very best to quality-control our goods, but due to the handmade nature of our garments imperfection occasionally occurs. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@deniserae.com with details and photos of the damages. 

We will get back to you within 1-3 business days and organize a replacement or refund.

Gift Cards & Refunds on Gift Card Orders

Please note we are unable to offer cash refunds for gift card purchases.

If you paid with a gift card, the funds would go back to your gift card. If you paid partially with a gift card and partially with a credit card, the funds paid by gift card will go back to that gift card, and the funds paid by credit card will be refunded to the same card. Refilled gift cards can be reused on your next order. Our gift cards do not expire. Happy shopping! 

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

We can only accept returns for items purchased on deniserae.com

Please click HERE to start a return or exchange.
All items must be unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. 

1. Click the link above and submit the form, choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.


2. Print your FREE prepaid exchange label that is generated for you.


3. Please affix the label to your package and ship the package.


4. Once the package is received by our warehouse and checked for quality, we will ship out your exchange or process your refund within 3-5 business days.


5. You will receive an email notification once your return/exchange has been processed.
